John Cardinale

John is a Qualified Electrician and Director responsible for the financial accountability, quality, safety, and management of the business. He is able to utilise his trade experience to ensure smooth project delivery providing the necessary manpower to realise key milestones. He takes a lead role in the tendering process and challenges the team on equipment selections, sustainable solutions, design intent and achievement of scope.

Christopher Romeo

Managing Director
As a Director, Christopher is responsible for client relations, financial transparency, performance and corporate social responsibility. Christopher is centred upon delivery and motivating the team to understand the strategic drivers of our clients and key stakeholders. His attention to detail and empathetic driven management style has earned the company repeat business, awards and a low turnover of staff due to high team morale.

Danny Canal

NSW State Manager - HVAC
Danny is a Project Director planning, directing and co-ordinating high-level tasks and value engineering. He pivotally communicates with clients, site based staff and project stakeholders. He is hands-on to ensure financial accountability, co-ordination, programming, inventory selections, project reporting, contracts, permits and licences, and supports the WHSE team to analyse, manage and mitigate project risks.

Shane Graham

NSW State Manager – Electrical
Shane is a qualified Electrician and responsible for liaising with the client and their representatives on an ongoing basis. He utilises that feedback and ensures that all staff are delivering their services safely and in a fully compliant and high-quality standard.

Shannon Hanly-Jones

Pre-Construction Director
With over 13 years’ building services experience, Shannon has a proven track record for the successful delivery of large-scale complex multidisciplinary projects. Working previously as both consultant and contractor has given him a holistic understanding of a project’s lifecycle from the concept and feasibility stage, through to handover. His skills are centred around sustainable and out-of-the-box solutions to remould conventional thinking, deliver projects faster, more efficiently and at a lower cost. Shannon understands client requirements and is competent in leasing negotiation, due diligence, briefing & conceptual design, project delivery and construction.

David Dusevic

Operations Manager
David is responsible for leading and managing the operations and workplace health, safety and environmental activities including inductions, workshops, communicating performance, legal framework, auditing, policies, procedures, reports and inspections. He initiates meetings, programs, toolbox talks, investigations, record keeping, and undertakes site inspections to ensure compliance.

Natalie Grice

Business Development Manager
Natalie joined New Edge Group in 2017 as Business Development Director to specifically target new business. She has worked in the construction sector for 34 years across Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia. She has global industry contacts and an excellent knowledge of projects due to her work history and passion for architecture, art and travel. She mentors the team in creative thinking and client service and ensures that we are always differentiating ourselves in the market.

Chris McCranor

Construction Manager - Electrical
Chris is our Construction Manager, with extensive knowledge of, and experience in the electrical services industry, having delivered a number of complex and critical projects in supervisory roles, for more than half of his 15 years in the field.

Nathan Kidd

Client Services – HVAC
Nathan is a qualified Mechanical Contractor and Site Technician, operating as Service Manager. His hands-on trade-based skills allow him to manage the Service Department seamlessly and provide strong team mentoring, and client communication.

Shaik Ahmed

Senior Estimator - HVAC
Shaik is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of Australian and international experience in HVAC Design and Project Management. He has worked upon multi-million dollar mega-structures loaded with critical timeframes and complex designs in harsh environments. He enjoys design and construct projects where value-added engineering solutions can be developed.

Chris Vigenser

Senior Estimator - Electrical
Chris is a Senior Electrical Estimator involved in bid management, design and construct tenders, pretender engineering, evaluation of labour and materials costs, subcontractor tender management and review, valued engineering options, proposal preparation, contract reviews, maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships, as well as managing his team.
